Korea Post Finance Development Institute, ChatGPT Generative AI Expert Choi Bong-hyeok Special Lecture

Choi Bong-hyeok, Training Institute Director and Vice President of the Korea AI Education Association (President Moon Hyung-nam, Sookmyung Women's University Professor), conducted a Udio and GENAI generative AI training session at the Korea Post Finance Development Institute on the 16th at the Korea Post Finance Development Institute's main conference room.

This program is being conducted by the Korea AI Education Association and the ESG Metaverse Research Institute at the request of the Korea Post Finance Development Institute, a public institution, for 20 employees of the Korea Post Finance Development Institute over 8 weeks.

The Korea Post Finance Development Institute, under the Ministry of Science and ICT, designated AI Chief Officer (CAIO) and AI Officer for the first time among public institutions, and from April 11th to May 30th, is conducting AI training with a focus on hands-on practice every Thursday afternoon from 4 PM to 6 PM to enable these individuals to actively utilize AI.

The education programs conducted on this day are as follows:

Udio Course

Udio AI uses advanced algorithms and machine learning techniques to autonomously generate music.

Udio AI can create music in real time, playing a direct role in generating content for promoting SNS blogs and financial products.

Choi Bong-hyeok, AI & ESG Instructor, conducted training on various topics, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing, through Udio.

GENAI Course

GenAI (Generative AI Content) is an innovative technology that utilizes artificial intelligence to create various forms of content, including text, images, music, and videos.

Unlike conventional AI technologies, this technology focuses on directly generating new content.

GenAI operates by leveraging various AI technologies such as machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing, creating new content from training data.

Unlike narrow AI designed for specific tasks, GenAI aims to perform all intellectual tasks that humans can, making it versatile and adaptable, and plays the role of a secretary contributing to work efficiency.

Choi Bong-hyeok, AI & ESG Instructor, conducted practical training focused on fact-checking for AI model bias detection, data privacy, and fairness through GENAI.

Moon Hyung-nam, President of the Korea AI Education Association, praised the training, stating, "Through the Udio and GENAI fact-checking training, which was the educational goal of Vice President Choi Bong-hyeok, we have enhanced the trainees' work capabilities, enabling them to play a more specialized and ethical role in the AI field, thereby increasing the training's achievements."

Meanwhile, mBank, a global bank headquartered in Poland, sent 19 employees selected from its internal ‘Innovation Idea Contest’ to Korea, the ‘global innovation capital,’ for training. They requested AI training from Professor Moon Hyung-nam, Department of Global Convergence, Sookmyung Women's University, and President of the Korea AI Education Association, which was successfully conducted.
