Prayer for the Elimination of Misfortune – A Prayer for Children. Most Holy Buddha, the Great Sakyamuni Buddha, who looks upon all beings with compassion and wisdom, I beseech you with my earnest heart, and I pray for my children.

May the misfortunes, lawsuits, unjust accusations, trouble, disputes, and legal battles that may befall my sons and daughters be prevented beforehand by the Buddha's boundless grace, and may all such misfortunes and calamities be eliminated before they occur.

Should any difficulties have already begun, may the truth be revealed, and may you guide them towards a result where justice and law prevail.

May unjust accusations be cleared, may honesty be recognized, and may the Buddha's wisdom accompany them in all judgments.
